Cricket  grew up in Kalamazoo, MI & then Chicago, where she performed at The Goodman Theatre in The Winter's Tale (dir. Frank Galati) and A Christmas Carol.  Other Chicago credits include: The young Cecile in Les Liaisons Dangereuses; Virginia Poe in Frank Galati’s Chicago Lyric Opera Directorial debut, The Voyage of Edgar Allen Poe ; Frank the sexy guard in Kafka’s The Trial, and many more…Cricket spent two summers acting at the prestigious Sundance Theatre Lab in Utah. There she worked with Tony award winning director Michael Mayer on the Original Workshop Prod. of Spring Awakening & with L.A. Playwright Oliver Mayer as Lupe in his play Conjunto. She also played Clementine in the Sundance Lab production of Onionheads, opposite Robert Redford’s daughter Amy Redford…

She then moved to Los Angeles and began studying with The Groundlings. Shortly after, she began writing, producing & performing her one-woman show Constantly Distracted, where she played all eight characters based on growing up her Grannie’s basement in the Midwest. The show was sold out at all five mountings of it from 2004-2008 in LA… Her next play “CONFETTI BAYOU: The Last Interview with Janis Joplin, with Cricket playing Janis, was produced twice in LA, once at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in 2012, where each night it received standing ovations. Next up, she'll be bringing the Joplin show to NYC...

Cricket is an accomplished Voice-Over artist, who’s work includes numerous CD Roms,  X-BOX & WII games, Animation like MTV's “Celebrity Death Match” (Mariah Carey and Demi Moore),  “Mai” on AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER on Nickelodeon for three seasons, as well as numerous commercials. Currently you can hear her sexy Diet Pepsi Can coming from a TV near you...

In 2007,  Cricket starred in the Indie cult hit The Boys & Girls Guide To Getting Down, now on Showtime,playing  the Joan Jett-wannabe “Bernice”. She’s also the Manhattan Monologue Slam’s current Los Angeles Champ, writing & performing monologues all over L.A.

A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Cricket studied at The Stella Adler Conservatory, where she won a Merit Scholarship 3 Yrs there,  & went on to study at The Experimental Theatre Wing in Amsterdam, Netherlands. At NYU, she performed leads in Titus Andronicus, Durang's Titanic, The Tempest & others. She's also studied extensively with Byrne & Joyce Piven in Chicago/LA,  and with Jack Stehlin, Alfred Molina & The Groundlings here in LA… Cricket now resides in NYC.
